(Your cleaning will be tailored to your requirements and will be limited by the time available for your specific needs.) General House Cleaning typically can include the following: Bathrooms:- Clean, dust and sanitise the following: Mirrors, tile, spot clean walls. Floors, tub & shower. Toilet bowl and outside and around toilet. Sink, cabinets. Waste baskets. Baseboards. Window sills. Any other customer requests previously agreed to. Kitchen:- Clean, dust and sanitise the following: Sink and all counters. Stove tops, drip pans, microwave inside and out. Clean floors, wipe exterior of appliances, exterior of fridge, front of cabinets, etc. Empty trash containers. keep up with window sills. Any other customer requests previously agreed to. Dining Room, Living Room, Family Room, Bedrooms, Office, etc.: Dusting of all surfaces, dust pictures as time allows, vacuum carpeted areas, mop floors. Wipe counters, shelves, mirrors etc. Window sills. Sliding door window. Any other customer requests previously agreed to. The following are done on a Periodic/Rotating basis based on time available: Baseboards ( but try to get noticeable baseboards such as in bathrooms each time) Top's of door/window frames, Ceiling Fans, Dusting of pictures as time allows, etc. Other items by special request include: Inside of Oven or Fridge, Windows, Wall washing (other than spot cleaning), Lemon oiling of wood furniture or doors, baseboards, cabinets, etc. Any other special requests. Note: Since our quotes are based on the amount of time we believe will be required in your home, our employees will do the very best they can in the time they have available. Special requests will require additional time. Basic Cleaning Checklist: Typically when we do basic cleaning of a customers home our goal is to book sufficient time to do a thorough cleaning of your kitchen, bathrooms, vacuum carpeted areas and mop floors, and then if time allows do as much dusting as is possible, including window sills, pictures, etc. if time allows. Obviously the more time we have the more thorough of a job we can do for you. If we have a very limited amount of time then only the basics will be done. If we have more time then we can do a more detailed job for you. Priority List and Customized services: In order to make our service more affordable to our customers we try to customise our service to suit your needs. We have a number of unique service options that will allow you to have your house cleaned on a regular basis without breaking the bank. the amount of time we have reserved or booked for you. This is
an
estimate based on what we understood you wanted done. Usually
our
estimate assumes
an average size home in average condition. Since the
condition of each house may vary it is not always
possible
to accurately predict how long it will take to achieve a
particular outcome. It is therfore possible
that in some
cases there may not be sufficient
time for our employee to complete all of the items
on your list or the list above, but our employees will try very hard to
do this. In such a case our
employees will do the best
possible job they can in the time available . If more time is
required
then we would be more than happy to
provide this additional time at an additional charge.
