outcome. Our
estimate assumes
an average size home in average condition. Since the
condition of each house may vary it is not always
possible
to accurately predict how long it will take to achieve a
particular outcome. It is therfore possible
that in some
cases there may not be sufficient
time for our employees to complete all of the items
on this
list. In such a case our
employees will do the best
possible job they can in the time available. If more time is required
then we would be more than happy to
provide this additional time at an additional charge.
